A web app is more than a website with a few extras, it's a standalone application with its own logic: users log in, data gets managed, processes run automatically. This is exactly where we come in once a classic website isn't enough anymore, for example because you need to manage orders, give customers access to their own portal, or digitise internal workflows.
The process is similar to building a website, but with more depth in the planning phase: we first work out exactly which processes need to be mapped before we start developing.
